♥ Journey to the World, Part One
Last Saturday, I was part of the usherettes in the Las Piñas Boys Choir's Journey to the World Part 1: Farewell Concert in PhilamLife, Makati. It was a tiring day and the saya we wore that day were really maluwang na. And I was standing most of the time so my feet and legs were really hurting by the time we got back home. =____=
The performance of the LPBC was really superb and they were wonderful on stage. They were fun to watch and listen to. They sang a really good bunch of songs, although I can only recall a few of them. They sang Ina, Kengkoy, Closer You and I, Music of my Soul. Just judging from the claps and the praises the audience has given, the concert was a blast! ^_^
It was titled Farewell Concert because their performances will help them prepare for their coming competition in Greece. They need all the financial and moral support. I've been told that they'll be the only choir from Asia to compete in Europe. They are totally worth supporting. Be proud naman sa kanila! ^__^
Their next performance would take place in SM Mall of Asia on October 13, 2007 at 8 o'clock pm.
